AYEO is a youth-centered organization committed to protecting and empowering vulnerable groups, including women, youth, ethnic and religious minorities, and other marginalized populations.

Emergency relief assistance is a core focus area for AYEO. AYEO has consistently focused to implement emergency response projects, addressing the urgent needs of vulnerable communities across Afghanistan.

We promote peacebuilding, social cohesion, rights awareness, and human rights advocacy, creating inclusive spaces where communities especially women and youth engage in dialogue and local decision-making

We support skills development, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and women’s economic empowerment, while promoting sustainable livelihoods and market linkages for long-term economic stability.

We build the capacities of media, journalists, civil society, women activists, and communities through targeted training, mentoring, and community engagement to drive inclusive, transparent, and sustainable development.
